Application for Tree Works

Please submit planning applications online at The Planning Portal https://www.planningportal.co.uk/apply

Your application should include one or all of the following:

• 1 signed and dated copy of the fully completed planning application form
• 1 copy of a scaled plan
  • Plans must show boundaries and adjoining properties including house

numbers and names of roads, distances between trees and other relevant features

• Tree survey identifying the type(s) of trees
• Full details of the proposed works
