We are reviewing residents Housing Benefit as part of the Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) Housing Benefit Award Accuracy initiative (HBAA). This initiative is to ensure benefit awards are correct and that those who are entitled receive the right amount.
The DWP sends us a list of housing benefit cases to review. If you have received a letter or email directing you to complete a DWP Housing Benefit review, you will need to click on the link below and complete the review form.
