Councillor Colin Riley, Leader of Castle Point Borough Council and Chairman of the Regeneration Partnership said: “We remain committed to delivering significant change in Hadleigh, to ensure it meets the aspirations of the community. Initial expressions of interest to redevelop the site were submitted in January 2015. Full proposals are to be submitted in April 2015.
