Income and Expenditure

If you are having difficulty making council tax payments, we may accept a payment offer that is realistic based on your means. You will need to complete an Income & Expenditure form. However, this is only recommended if you have already followed the steps below.

 

• Check if you are entitled to a Discount or Council Tax Reduction. This may reduce the debt and make it easier for you to manage payments. 
• If you apply and are awarded a Council Tax Reduction you may be eligible for additional support from our Exceptional Hardship Fund. 

 

If you have follwed these steps and wish to apply please complete the online Income & Expenditure form where you can also upload and attach supporting evidence.

If you need to provide documents after your application has been submitted you can attach them using our online documents upload form.
