Loss of Winter Fuel Payment - Exceptional Hardship Fund

The Council has made £50k available to support those who are in receipt of a state pension and who will not receive the Winter Fuel Payment this winter. A single person may receive £100 and a couple £200 (If you are claiming as a couple only one joint application is necessary).

To claim for the fund, you are required to complete the online Exceptional Hardship Fund form below. Please complete and submit the form. You will receive an email confirmation that the form has been successfully received. 

On receipt of the claim, it will be investigated by our Benefits team who will then decide whether to award payment. 

Please have your income and expenditure on hand to complete the claim.
