Castle Point Fireworks Event Dazzles Record Crowd

The second Castle Point Fireworks display at Waterside Farm Leisure Centre on Saturday, 2 November was a resounding success, with a sell-out crowd of 3,200 attendees enjoying a spectacular Disney themed show.

The event, organised by Castle Point Borough Council, featured a dazzling array of fireworks set to Disney music, that illuminated the sky over Castle Point.

Attendees were treated to an array of funfair rides, a fantastic selection of food stalls and a twenty-minute sequence of incredible fireworks in time with Disney themed music, alongside an atmosphere that will last long into the memory of the Castle Point community.

Feedback from the community has been overwhelmingly positive, with many praising the organisation, atmosphere, and quality of the fireworks display.

Cllr Tom Gibson, Portfolio Holder for Special Projects said “It is incredible to see the community come together and enjoy such a brilliant event.

“I am so pleased that Castle Point Borough Council are able to put on events like this for our local community to enjoy and can’t wait to see what next year’s fireworks event brings.”

Planning for the 2025 Castle Point Fireworks display is already underway. The event will bring further enhancements and improvements from the success of this year’s show. Details will be announced in the coming months.
