Our Vision
To transform the Bungalow at Waterside Farm Leisure Centre into a vibrant community hub, partnering with trusted youth providers to deliver services that enrich the lives of young people and adults. This will include dedicated youth services, and, in collaboration with the Council's leisure services.
Closing Date for Offers: 21 March 2025
Offers are invited on the basis of a lease, with the leasehold interest to be granted upon completion of the formal legally binding commercial lease.
