Presentation

Please present pink sacks at the boundary of your property by 7am on your collection day. See more information on our waste presentation rules

Flats are usually provided with communal recycling bins for pink sacks marked for recycling with pink lids. Please ensure you are disposing of pink sacks only. One black bag in the recycling bin can ruin the recycling effort of all the residents who are recycling correctly and regularly contaminated bins may be removed. If you have a contamination issue at your flat please contact us at recycling@castlepoint.gov.uk . We will run an intervention program to communicate with residents to stop the contamination. If we decide to remove the recycling bins residents living in flats can contact us to participate in kerbside recycling so your recycling effort is not wasted.  Please report any fly-tipping at Fly-tipping | CastlePoint
