2025 Awards

On Friday 4 April, our businesses turned out in their droves at the Mayor’s Civic charity ball, which for the first time included the Business Awards.

The winners of the Castle Point Mayor’s Awards 2025 were announced on the night, presented by the Mayor, Cllr Lynsey McCarthy-Calvert with support from Billy Masters and Mike Simmonds in the Council's Economic Development and Regeneration team.

We were delighted to celebrate the best and brightest businesses, entrepreneurs and community champions in the borough, who have worked extremely hard over the past year and have achieved strong growth and demonstrated community spirit.

After collecting their trophies, the businesses danced the night away, enjoying a wonderful night of entertainment. Overall, the Mayor’s Dinner raised over £5,600 for the Mayor’s charity, the Indee Rose Trust.

Congratulations as well to everyone who was nominated, with more nominations than ever before judging was extremely difficult this year. The Mayor and judging team loved meeting such a mix of brilliant businesses from all over the borough. We are sure the competition will be even higher next year!
