Due to Environment Agency guidance, we can no longer dispose of upholstered domestic seating items in landfill as these may contain Persistent Organic Pollutants. From now on these items must be collected separately and incinerated.
You must book a separate Bulky Waste collection for these items.

Separate collection of these items is required — we will not be able to collect upholstered items in the same collection as general bulky waste items.

Please Note: Our collection team are out starting from 7am, due to this the items have to be displayed openly at the front of the property boundary anytime before 7am. Our team will not enter the property itself for the collection.

Charges:
Minimum charge of £49.18 for up to 3 items. Additional items cost £7.60 each. Maximum of 10 items. If you need to dispose of more than 10 items, please let us know when you contact us.
If you require the collection of items containing upholstered material, and general bulky waste items the charge will be £49.18 for up to 3 upholstered items and a further charge of £49.18 for up to 3 general bulky items. More than 3 items the additional charge will apply, as outlined above.
Example of pricing
Upholstered items = 2 Sofas, 1 Armchair £49.18
General bulky waste items = 1 Fridge, 1 Table £49.18
The total would be £98.36
Bulky Waste charges are the same as above.
General bulky waste collections take place on Mondays.
Domestic upholstered collections take place on Tuesdays (and some additonal Friday's in busy periods)
