We can work with you to create a manageable repayment plan that fits your circumstances, while you continue paying your usual rent.
If you make a written agreement with us to repay what you owe, we will pause any legal action while you work through that plan. We’ll always take your circumstances into account and make sure any repayment arrangement is realistic and affordable for you. If the agreement isn’t kept, we may need to restart recovery action.
