Tenant Satisfaction Measures

We have hired Acuity to independently carry out our tenant satisfaction survey.

We have registered with Tpas to ensure that we have the best advice and support to improve the way the Council engages with tenants.  Tpas are tenant engagement experts who provide advice and services to local authorities on how to involve tenants in the running of housing services.

We are reintroducing tenant engagement forums.  For more information on how to join email tenantforum@castlepoint.gov.uk

Tenants will be represented on the Council’s Housing Improvement Board which will oversee the delivery of the required improvements.
